Bureau of Corrective Actions Contacts

The Bureau of Corrective Actions oversees the cleanup of regulated substance releases that impact soil, water, and other ecological resources. The bureau administers the Underground Storage Tank (UST) and Leaking UST Programs; Petroleum Fund Program; Environmental Assistance Program; Superfund and Brownfields Programs; Certification Program for environmental consultants, tank handlers and testers, and UST system operator trainers; Abandoned Mine Lands Program; and Remediation and Department of Defense Programs. The bureau also maintains a 24-Hour Spill Reporting Hotline.
