NDEP is Soliciting Public Comments for Changes to the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC)
As per Governor Lombardo’s Executive Order 2026-003, NDEP is conducting a review of all regulations and is asking for stakeholder input through a public workshop to be held on Monday, October 26, 2026, 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
