Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory

NDEP's Air Program prepares a greenhouse gas emissions inventory for the State of Nevada. Pursuant to NRS 445B.380 and the 2019 Legislative Session's Senate Bill 254, this report contains an updated inventory of greenhouse gas emissions in Nevada, projected greenhouse gas emissions for the 20 years immediately following the date of the report, and a statement of policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions statewide. The greenhouse gas emissions estimates in the inventory and projections reflect the best and most complete datasets and currently accepted calculation methodologies at the time the report was prepared.
