The following are the Appendix D-4 Beneficiary Eligible Mitigation Action Certifications that have been submitted by the Division of Environmental Protection on Behalf of the State of Nevada and approved by Wilmington Trust. The funding requests have been sorted by the category of Eligible Mitigation Action and when they were approved by Wilmington Trust. Be aware that all confidential banking information (Appendix D-4 Beneficiary Eligible Mitigation Action Certification Attachment A) has been removed from these publicly accessible Eligible Mitigation Action Certifications.
