Notice of Public Hearing to Solicit Comments for changes to NAC

As per Governor Lombardo’s Executive Order 2026-003, NDEP is conducting a review of all regulations and is asking for stakeholder input through a public workshop to be held on Monday, October 26, 2026, 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

NDEP has also set up an e-mail address at NDEPRegReview26 [at] ndep.nv.gov where suggestions for regulations or revisions can be submitted. If you choose to provide input, please identify the regulation(s) or regulatory program for consideration, citing the relevant NAC chapter where possible.
