Notice of Certification Request - BWQP – Ivanpah Underground Water and Power Line (Clark County)

The Administrator, Division of Environmental Protection, Carson City, Nevada is in receipt of the following request for Clean Water Act Section 401 Water Quality Certification which requires federal authorization from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Administrator has received an application for the use of Nationwide Permit 58 (Utility Line Activities for Water and Other Substances), certification action number NV-401-26-019, from the following applicant:
