Notice of Decision - BWPC - MS4 Permit

The Administrator of the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (the Division) has decided to issue the renewed National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit #NVS040000 to regulate discharge of stormwater associated with Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (“MS4”) to Waters of the United States in Nevada. This permit maintains compliance with the provisions of the Federal Clean Water Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq: the "Act") and Chapter 445A of the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS).
