Workshop on Proposed Amendments to Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445B

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) is proposing regulations that will amend NAC 445B. A workshop has been scheduled to solicit comments from persons interested in the amendments. The workshop will be held on August 11, 2026.
