The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Sustainable Materials Management oversees the Permitting of Solid Waste Landfills and other waste management facilities within the state of Nevada.
- NOTE - Clark and Washoe Counties administer permitting programs for landfills and waste management facilities within their jurisdiction and can be contacted at the following numbers:
