Public Notice–CatEx-City of Tonopah

NDEP — Bureau of Administrative Services — Office of Financial Assistance has determined the project for the City of Tonopah – Infrastructure Improvements and Lift Stations is eligible for a Categorical Exclusion (CatEx) by the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A.744. The Town of Tonopah has applied for funding for infrastructure and lift station improvements. Individuals wishing to obtain further information regarding the project should submit their comments no later than November 5, 2026.
