Public Notice-FONSI for Orovada GID-Tank and Xmission Line, Humboldt Cnty NV

NDEP — Bureau of Administrative Services — Office of Financial Assistance has determined the project for Orovada General Improvement District (GID) is eligible for a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) by the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A.6758 to 445A.67612. Orovada GID has applied for funding for the construction of the project, which includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a 215,000-gallon water storage tank and installation of the associated appurtenances. This project is to include a new transmission line to connect the new water storage tank to the existing distribution system. Persons wishing to obtain further information regarding the project should submit their comments no later than June 25, 2026.
