Public Notice - CatEx for Town of Goldfield, Esmeralda County NV

NDEP — Bureau of Administrative Services — Office of Financial Assistance has determined the project for Esmeralda County Public Works/Utilities is eligible for a Categorical Exclusion (CatEx) by the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A.67583. Esmeralda County- Goldfield Utilities has applied for funding to undertake the replacement of a portion of its main water transmission pipeline and the rehabilitation of a water storage tank. Persons wishing to obtain further information regarding the project should submit their comments no later than June 10, 2026.
