Public Notice -  Clean Water FONSI for MGSD Pine View Estates

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) intends to issue a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) as defined by the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A.751 to the Minden Gardnerville Sanitation District (MGSD). The FONSI is being issued in connection with a $2,180,000 principal forgiveness loan to consolidate Pine View Estates into MGSD due to contamination of the groundwater aquifer.  This notice addresses the alternative alignment from the original Environmental Assessment (EA) and FONSI, posted June 2021. Comments for consideration on this proposed FONSI determination are due by July 16, 2024.
