Public Notice - CatEx for Amargosa Elementary School, Nye County Nevada

NDEP — Bureau of Administrative Services — Office of Financial Assistance has determined the project for Nye County School District - Amargosa Elementary School is eligible for a Categorical Exclusion (CatEx) by the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A.67583. Nye County School District - Amargosa Elementary School has applied for funding for the reimbursement of a Preliminary Engineering Report, design completion, and construction and installation of a Centralized Treatment Plant. Persons wishing to obtain further information regarding the project should submit their comments no later than June 10, 2026.
