Annual Ambient Air Monitoring Network Plan – 2026

As per Clean Air Act requirements, the Bureau of Air Quality Planning is posting its 2026 Annual Ambient Air Monitoring Network Plan (Plan) for public comment. The document includes the 2026 Annual Emissions Report for the 2010 SO2 National Ambient Air Quality Standard and Request to Waive Pb Monitoring for Hawthorne Army Depot New Bomb Facility. Public comment period is from May 26, 2026 through June 26, 2026.

A draft of the plan is available, upon request, by contacting Elizabeth Grainey. The plan is also available on NDEP’S website on the public notice page. Persons wishing to comment on the draft plan should submit their comments in writing and be delivered either by mail, e-mail, or fax, to:
