Public Notice - Cat Ex for Gerlach GID

NDEP — Bureau of Administrative Services — Office of Financial Assistance has determined the project for Gerlach General Improvement District (GID) is eligible for a categorical exclusion as defined by the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A.6758 to 445A.67612. Gerlach GID has applied for funding to replace a pre-existing water collection gallery. This project is a proactive conservation effort to collect water more efficiently and extend the sustainability of the existing system. Persons wishing to obtain further information regarding the project should submit their comments no later than January 20, 2025.
