Public Notice - 2026 CWSRF and DWSRF Draft IUPs

The Clean Water Intended Use Plan (IUP) communicates to wastewater systems, the public, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other State departments on how money in the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) will be managed. The IUP further provides specific details on key aspects of the program, including our State’s short- and long-term goals, the priority setting process used to rank projects, list of projects eligible to receive funding from CWSRF, and programmatic requirements to receive funding.
