Notice of Workshop to Solicit Comments on Amendments to Reclaimed Regs

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), Bureau of Water Pollution Control (BWPC), is proposing regulation R144-26 to amend Chapter 445A of the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) governing the use of Reclaimed Water. A public workshop will be held to discuss the proposed amendments and receive comments from interested persons.
