Notice of Workshop - BWPC - Proposed Amendments to Treatment Works Regulations

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), Bureau of Water Pollution Control (BWPC), is proposing regulation R153-26 to amend Chapter 445A of the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) governing Treatment Works and Wastewater Operator Certification. A public workshop will be held to discuss the proposed amendments and receive comments from interested persons. The workshop will be held on November 12, 2026 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
