Workshop to Solicit Comments on Proposed Amendments to UIC Regulations

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), Bureau of Water Pollution Control (BWPC), is proposing regulation R116-26 to amend Chapter 445A of the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) governing the Underground Injection Control (UIC) Program. A public workshop will be held to discuss the proposed amendments and receive comments from interested persons. The workshop will be held on August 26, 2026.
