Temporary Permits

A Temporary Permit is for a specific discharge. The purpose of a Temporary Permit is to provide temporary permit coverage for

  1. Specific activities conducted in a waters of the State or waters of the U.S. or
  2. Discharges to Waters of the State

The Bureau of Water Pollution Control issues Temporary Permits in accordance with Chapter 445A of the Nevada Revised Statutes and when the activity or discharge will lasts less than 180 days.
