Workshop on Proposed Amendments to NAC 445B - Petition P2025-04
The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) is proposing a regulation that will update the State’s adoption of federal regulations by reference. A workshop has been scheduled to solicit comments from persons interested in the amendments. The workshop will be held on April 28, 2026.
