Public Notice – CAT EX, Mina Tank Rehabilitation, Mineral County

Hawthorne Utilities is eligible for a Categorical Exclusion (CAT EX) by the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A.67583. Hawthorne Utilities have applied for funding for the rehabilitation of the Mina Tank, which includes, but is not limited to, sandblasting and recoating the interior of the existing Mina Tank #2. Persons wishing to obtain further information regarding the project should submit their comments no later than May 27, 2026.
