Notice of Proposed Action – BSMM – Nevada Tire Recycling WTMF – SWMFP

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) is requesting public comment on the Nevada Tire Recycling Waste Tire Management Facility (WTMF) regarding the issuance of a new solid waste management facility permit for the Nevada Tire Recycling WTMF located in Fallon, Nevada.

Comments may be submitted to the NDEP during the 30-day public comment period that begins on April 1, 2026 and ends on May 1, 2026.
