Notice of Proposed Action – BSMM – MediWaste Pyrolysis Facility – SWMF

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) is requesting public comment on the MediWaste Pyrolysis Facility regarding the issuance of a new solid waste management facility permit for the MediWaste Pyrolysis Facility located in Pahrump, Nevada.

Comments may be submitted to the NDEP during the 30-day public comment period that begins on April 1, 2026 and ends on May 1, 2026.
