Notice of Permitting Action - BWPC - Soda Lake Geothermal Project

The Administrator, Division of Environmental Protection, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Carson City, Nevada is issuing the following Notice of Action on December 24, 2024 under the authority of the Nevada Revised Statutes, the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC), and the Safe Drinking Water Act and applicable federal code.
