Oct. 2024 Workshop on Proposed Amendments to NAC 445B

The NDEP is proposing regulations, relating to the Regional Haze Rule, that will amend several sections and subsections of NAC 445B. A workshop has been scheduled to solicit comments from persons interested in the amendments. The workshop will be held on October 15, 2024.
