Cancelled - Public Hearing on Proposed Submittal of Amendments to USEPA
The NDEP is proposing to submit a subset of previously approved regulations to the U.S. EPA for incorporation into the applicable Nevada SIP. A public hearing was scheduled on July 29, 2025, to solicit comments from persons interested in the submittal. Because no request for a hearing was received, pursuant to the public hearing provisions in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 51 section 102, the NDEP is cancelling the public hearing scheduled for July 29, 2025.
