Contractor Assistance

Up to $200,000 in contractor assistance is available for local governments, tribal governments, and non-profits to:

• Perform due diligence prior to acquisition (Phase I Environmental Site Assessment)
• Assess sites for potential contamination (Phase II Environmental Site Assessment)
• Clean-up sites to prepare for redevelopment

Nevada Brownfields Program Revolving Loan Fund

Over $700,000 is available in a revolving loan fund to cover cleanup costs for sites with environmental contamination. These loans offer below-market rates and flexible repayment options, and are available to local and tribal governments and non-profits.
