Workshop on Proposed Changes to Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP)The is proposing to amend its fee schedule for the Water Pollution Control Permitting Program (WPCPP). The change seeks to update the Programs’ fees across the regulated industry to reflect the workload and resources required to implement NDEP Bureau of Mining Regulation and Closure Branch Programs, while allowing BMRR to provide quality and service in the future.
