Request for Public Comment - Annual Ambient Air Monitoring Network Plan - 2025

As per Clean Air Act requirements, the Bureau of Air Quality Planning is posting its 2025 Annual Air Monitoring Network Plan (plan) for public comment. The document includes the 2025 Annual Emissions Report for the 2010 SO2 National Ambient Air Quality Standard and Requests to Waive Pb Monitoring for Hawthorne Army Depot New Bomb Facility. Public comment period is from May 23, 2025 through June 23, 2025. 

Persons wishing to comment on the draft plan should submit their comments in writing and be delivered either by mail, e-mail, or fax to:
