Public Notice - CWSRF Cat Ex Henderson Townsite Phase 5

NDEP is designated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as the lead agency for proposed projects funded by the CWSRF program for the State of Nevada. The City of Henderson has applied for funding to replace, relocate and/ or abandon sewer laterals, and rehabilitate manholes. This is the fifth project phase of a larger, city-wide rehabilitation project.
