Public Notice - CatEX for Weed Heights Dev in Lyon County

NDEP — Bureau of Administrative Services — Office of Financial Assistance has determined the project for Weed Heights Development is eligible for a Categorical Exclusion as defined by the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A.6758 to 445A.67612. Weed Heights has applied for funding for the acquisition and installation of backup power generators for two wells and two booster pump stations. This project is a proactive conservation effort to maintain power to ensure safe drinking water for the community. Persons wishing to obtain further information regarding the project should submit their comments no later than March 20, 2025.
