Public Notice - 2025 DWSRF Draft IUP

The Drinking Water Intended Use Plan (IUP) communicates to water systems, the public, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other State departments on how money in the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) will be managed. The IUP further provides specific details on key aspects of the program, including our State’s short- and long-term goals, the priority setting process used to rank projects, list of projects eligible to receive funding from DWSRF, and programmatic requirements to receive funding.
