Oct. 2024 Workshop on Proposed Amendments to NAC 445B

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection is proposing regulations, relating to the Regional Haze Rule, that will amend several sections and subsections of NAC 445B. A workshop has been scheduled to solicit comments from persons interested in the amendments.

The workshop will be held on October 15, 2024 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and will be located at the following locations:
