Notice of Receipt of an Application to Construct - CAPP – US Ecology Nevada, Inc.

Public notice is being given of the receipt of an application to construct for a facility to be regulated under the Chemical Accident Prevention Program for the following applicant, US Ecology Nevada, Inc., which uses Propane and Flammable Mixture in the Aerosol Recycling – Aerosol Recycling Unit #2 process.  The facility is located at HWY 95, 11 Miles South of Beatty, which is in Nye County, Nevada. The public notice period is from December 16, 2024 to January 14, 2025.
