Notice of Receipt of an Application to Construct - CAPP – Ormat – Salt Wells

Public notice is being given of the receipt of an application to construct for a facility regulated under the Chemical Accident Prevention Program for the following applicant, Ormat – Salt Wells, which uses Isobutane in the Salt Wells Upgrade Project. The facility will be located at 6059 Salt Wells Road, Fallon, which is in Churchill County, Nevada. Public comment period is from January 24, 2026 to February 23, 2026.
