Public notice is being given of the receipt of an application to construct for a facility regulated under the Chemical Accident Prevention Program for the following applicant, Nikkiso Cryo Inc., which will use methane in a Liquid Expander Testing process.  The facility is located at 4661 Eaker St., North Las Vegas, which is in Clark County, Nevada. Public notice period is from December 25, 2025 to January 23, 2026.
