Notice of Receipt of an Application to Construct - CAPP –Golden Gate V-002

Public notice is being given of the receipt of an application to construct for a facility to be regulated under the Chemical Accident Prevention Program for the following applicant, Golden Gate Terminal, LLC, which uses propane in a bulk storage and distribution operation. The facility is located at 300 Ireland Drive, McCarran, which is in Storey County, Nevada. Public comment period is from March 6, 2025 to April 4, 2025.
