Notice of Public Comment Period on Nevada’s Regional Haze Progress Report

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection is taking comment on the proposed Nevada Regional Haze Progress Report for the Second Planning Period. Public comment period beings December 17, 2024 and a public hearing is scheduled on January 21, 2025, if requested.
