Notice of Proposed Action – BSMM – Comstock Metals Corporation

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) is requesting public comments on the draft Written Determination for Comstock Metals Corporation for the recycling of used photovoltaic solar panels pursuant to the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 444.8455 and 444.84555. 

Comments may be submitted to the NDEP during the 45-day public comment period that begins November 7, 20205 and ends December 26, 2025.
