The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) is requesting public comment on the Draft Permit Modification for the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Hazardous Waste treatment and storage facility at 21st Century Environmental Management of Nevada, LLC located in Fernley, Nevada. The Permit Modification is for the authorization to construct and operate a new Aerosol Processing Unit (APU); permanently close and remove the Silver Recovery Unit; add a new filter press; and replace Tank 303.

Comments may be submitted to the NDEP during the 45-day public comment period that begins on December 16, 2024 and ends on January 31, 2025.
