Notice of Certification Request - BWQP – Lower Rosewood Creek Passage Project (Washoe County)

The Administrator, Division of Environmental Protection, Carson City, Nevada is in receipt of the following request for Clean Water Act Section 401 Water Quality Certification which requires federal authorization from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Administrator has received an application for the use of Nationwide Permit 14 (Linear Transportation Projects) and Nationwide Permit 27 (Aquatic Habitat Restoration, Enhancement, and Establishment Activities), certification action number NV-401-26-008, SPK-2026-00098, from the following applicant:
