Lake Tahoe Geographic Response Plan
The Lake Tahoe Geographic Response Plan (LTGRP): This plan establishes the policies, responsibilities, and procedures required to protect life, environment, and property from the effects of hazardous materials incidents. This plan establishes the emergency response organization for hazardous materials incidents occurring within the Lake Tahoe watershed. The plan is generally intended to be used for oil spills or chemical releases that impact or could potentially impact drainages entering Lake Tahoe, Lake Tahoe itself, and its outflow at the Truckee River.
