CAPP Regulatory Petition
Nevada Division of Environmental Protection – Bureau of Air Pollution Control – Chemical Accident Prevention Program (CAPP) proposed a regulatory change to increase fees to ensure CAPP can continue to perform its statutory requirements including permitting, inspection and compliance of facilities, and appropriate staffing and staff development.
On December 28, 2022, the Legislative Commission approved the new regulatory change R103-22 which can be found here:
