Public Notice - CatEx for Coyote Crossing Water Well Assoc., Clark County NV

NDEP — Bureau of Administrative Services — Office of Financial Assistance has determined the project for Coyote Crossing Water Well Association is eligible for a Categorical Exclusion (CatEx) by the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A.67583. Coyote Crossing Water Well Association has applied for funding for the design and installation of a redundant pump and the associated appurtenances. Persons wishing to obtain further information regarding the project should submit their comments no later than June 10, 2026.
