Public notice is being given of the receipt of an application to construct for a facility regulated under the Chemical Accident Prevention Program for the following applicant, Asia Union Electronic Chemicals – Reno, Inc., which will use 29% Ammonium Hydroxide in a 29% Ammonium Hydroxide Additional Storage (920) process.  The facility is located at 1400 Waltham Way, McCarran, which is in Storey County, Nevada. Public notice period is from December 2, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
