Notice of Decision - BWPC - Muti Sector General Permit NVR050000

The Administrator of the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (the Division) has decided to issue the renewed Statewide General Permit, NVR050000, to regulate discharge of Stormwater Associated with Industrial Activities, to waters of the United States. This permit maintains compliance with the provisions of the CWA as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq: the "Act") and NRS Chapter 445A. Eligible dischargers shall submit a Notice of Intent (NOI), filing fee, and must have completed a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that is kept and maintained on the Permittee’s site.
The Permit will become effective June 10, 2019. The final determination of the Administrator may be appealed to the State Environmental Commission pursuant to NRS 445A.605. All requests for appeals must be filed by 5:00 PM, June 20, 2019, on SEC Form 3, with the State Environmental Commission, 901 South Stewart Street, Suite 4001, Carson City, Nevada 89701-5249.
