Annual Ambient Air Monitoring Network Plan - 2023

As per Clean Air Act requirements, the Bureau of Air Quality Planning is posting its 2023 Annual Ambient Air Monitoring Network Plan (Plan) for public comment. The document includes the 2023 Lake Tahoe CO Surrogate Monitoring Report and the 2023 Annual Emissions Report for the SO2 National Ambient Air Quality Standard. Public comment period is from May 23, 2023 through June 23, 2023.

A draft of the plan is available, upon request, by contacting Elizabeth Grainey. The Plan is also available on NDEP's website on the public notice page. Persons wishing to comment on the draft Plan should submit their comments in writing and be delivered either by mail, e-mail, or fax, to:
