Clean Water Act Section 319(h) Grants
 he Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) is seeking proposals for projects and programs to reduce nonpoint sources of pollution within the state. Selected proposals will be awarded federal funds available under Section 319(h) of the Clean Water Act (CWA).
Selected proposals will be administered by the Nevada Nonpoint Source Pollution Management Program (NPS Program). Proposals will be accepted for consideration until November 10, 2006. Approximately $2 million in federal grant funds are available; state and local governments as well as nonprofit organizations are eligible to apply.
